  • How many people can I bring with me to my appointment?

    We allow each bride to bring up to 4 guests! You are always welcome to Facetime any additional friends who are unable to make it! If you are coming alone, don’t worry as a ton of brides do! As stylists we are here to hype you up and make you feel beautiful for your big day, and will make your experience fun and easy!

  • Do I need to schedule an appointment?
    Yes, booking an appointment is always preferred! We love taking the time to know each and every bride and having an appointment allows us to do this, as well as ensuring there is a private fitting room available for you. If you do need to schedule a same day appointment, please call the store to see if we have any availability! We look forward to having you say YES!

  • What will I need to bring with me to my 1st appointment?
    For your appointment bring your best smile! Bridal dress shopping is an amazing and special time in your life, so enjoy it! We do recommend bringing your shoes (if you have them already) and nude undergarments. Thus will help you feel most comfortable and help you imagine your big day!

  • How much do your wedding dresses cost?
    We offer a stunning collection of gowns that vary in price to fit every bride’s budget. Our gowns range from $2,589 – $8,989. The average price range for our brides falls between $3,500 to $5,500.

  • Do you offer any discount on your wedding dress?
    We do special savings events regularly, be sure to inquire about our specials with your stylist!

  • Do you have plus size sample gowns?
    Yes we do have plus size sample gowns! We have gowns that begin in a bridal size 8 along with a selection of gowns ranging from a bridal size 14-18. Our stylists clearly understand your bridal vision, and will utilize clips and modesty panels to make the dress fit you like a glove! All of our dresses can be ordered from a size 0 up to a bridal size 26!

  • How do I let you know which Winnie Couture gowns I want to try on before my appointment?
    One great way to get started is using our MyCloset feature to pick dresses you would like to try on and our stylists will make you an account as well as make some suggestions! MyCloset can be found on the Winnie Couture website and allows you to add your favorite gowns in one location so you can compare, and so your stylist will see your selection before your appointment!

  • How long does it take to receive my dress?
    Since our dresses are handmade, they can take 6 to 8 months to arrive. We know you are so excited to be reunited with your dream gown, and our dedicated stylists will keep you updated every step of the way! Since we are expert dressmakers we will always delivery early, even during the pandemic.

  • Will I need alterations?
    Most brides do need some alterations for the perfect fit, but your expert stylists will guide you to the size perfect for you when ordering your gown. While we don’t do alterations on site, we have an amazing local seamstress we have been working with for over 10 years! It is our goal as well as our seamstress’ to make you feel perfect for your big day!

  • Do brides typically find their gown the first time they shop?
    Yes! Most brides actually end up buying a dress during their first appointment with us! We know bridal dress shopping can be intimidating, but we are here for you! We can’t wait to meet you and bring your dream to life!
