  • How many people can I bring with me to my appointment?

    Our salon can comfortably accommodate 6 guests per party. We recommend that you include guests who are the most important to your gown shopping and decision making, so that you have a supportive and memorable experience when you find your dream gown at Winnie Couture! If you are shopping alone, our fun bridal stylists will be by your side to cheer you on! 🙂

  • Do I need to schedule an appointment?
    Yes, reserving a private fitting room will guarantee that our stylists are available to dedicate their full, undivided attention to you and your bride squad! But that does not mean we don’t take walk-ins! Give us a call and we will accommodate you, your guests, and your schedule!

  • What will I need to bring with me to my 1st appointment?
    We recommend you bring any undergarments and shoes that are close to the height that you plan to wear on your wedding day!

  • How much do your wedding dresses cost?
    Our dresses range from $2,589 – $8,989, offering a wide variety to accommodate every bride! We will collaborate with you on your budget while helping you find the gown you have always dreamed of!

  • Do you do fittings in your shop?
    We don’t do fittings in our salon, but our stylists will skillfully guide you to the ideal size when we order your dress for you. From there, we will recommend a local seamstress that we have partnered with and we know will take good care of your precious gown after you take it home! We assure you that our seamstress will never overcharge you for unnecessary work!

  • Do you have plus size sample gowns?
    Most definitely! We have styles to showcase the silhouette of every bride! Our gowns begin in a bridal size 10, and we have a curated selection of gowns in a bridal size 18. With the use of modesty panels and clips, your stylist is able to contour each gown to your body perfectly! Our beautiful gowns can be ordered up to a size 26, with custom tailoring being offered as well.

  • How do I let you know which Winnie couture dresses I want to try on before my appointment?
    Our My Closet tool on our interactive website is perfect for gowns you are interested in! We will create an account for you and put all of the styles you’re wanting to try on in your virtual closet! Whether your vision is whimsical, bohemian, or classic, we have something for every bride!

  • How long does it take to receive my dress?
    We know you are counting down the days until you are reunited with your dream gown, so our stylists are dedicated to keeping you updated every step of the way! Your gown is custom ordered for you and typically takes around 6-8 months to come in, and we always deliver early since we are expert dressmakers!

  • Will I need alterations?
    During your appointment, your expert stylist will do a series of measurements to find the perfect size to order, but everyone should expect some nips and tucks!After you complete your alterations, your gown will fit like a glove!

  • Do brides typically find their gown the first time they shop?
    Absolutely! A lot of our brides come in with it being their first time ever putting a wedding gown on, and they’ll find their dream gown right away! Definitely keep an open mind when coming to try on wedding gowns! Most importantly, we want you to feel completely at home with us, take your time, and have a fun, memorable experience shopping for your dream gown! We can’t wait to celebrate with you once you say YES!
