We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your appointment. You may cancel your appointment at no additional charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. However, in the case of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment time, a $75 charge will be applied to the credit card on file.

We are allowing 5 people plus the gorgeous bride at each appointment! Coming alone? That’s great! Sometimes too many opinions can be a distraction anyway;) Our dedicated, expert stylists will act as your stand-in bride squad and make your appointment fun and easy!

Yes, appointment is strongly recommended! This assures that an expert bridal stylist is available to dedicate her time to you and find your dream gown! You can submit an appointment request on our website or give the store a call directly and we will get an appointment booked with one of our expert stylists! Same day appointments may be available so give us a call! ☺

We have amazing dresses within our showroom to fit every brides’ budget! Our dresses range from $2,589 – $8,989 with the majority of our gowns at $3,500 to $5,500.

Of course we do!! We have a variety of gowns on our showroom floor that begin in a bridal size 10, as well as a collection of gowns that range from a bridal size 16 to 20! Our expert stylists use clips and modesty panels to accentuate your gorgeous curves and fit the gown to you! Not sure what kind of dress is best for your body? That’s what we’re here for! Your stylist will help guide you to order the dress shape and size that fits you like a glove! All of our gowns can be ordered up to a size 26 and we offer custom tailoring options as well!☺

On our website we offer a tool called a My Closet! Sign up with your email and start adding the gowns that you love! From there your stylist will get more of a feel of what your vision is and can pull the ones you love before yoyur appointment!

We are just as excited for your gown to come in as you are and promise to keep you updated during the entire process! Your Winnie gown will arrive 6-8 months with standard delivery and even during this pandemic, we are dressmakers who are committed to always delivering early!

While taking your measurements your expert stylist will guide you through selecting the size that is perfect for you! We do this to ensure that the gown will come closest to your size, but we do want you to expect to need some small alterations. Alterations guarantee that your dress fits every curve of your body like a glove and makes you feel like the beautiful bride you are!

We have an alterations specialist right down the road from our flagship who we’ve trusted with all of our brides for over 10 years! As a friend of the designer, our seamstress knows the ins and outs of all Winnie gowns and will never recommend an alteration that isn’t needed to ensure your dress is a perfect fit!

We run different sales events every month so feel free to give us a call and we can let you know what the current promotion is!
