  • How many people can I bring with me to my appointment?

    We accommode our bride-to-be by allowing 6 guests during your appointment. We recommend that you include guests who are the most important to your gown shopping and decision-making when you find your dream gown! Flyin solo? Don’t fret, we’ve got your back!We will cheer you on and become your stand-in I Do Crew!

  • Do I need to schedule an appointment?
    Yes! At this time, we operate by appointment only to ensure there is a private bridal suite and stylist available to dedicate their undivided attention to you! Give us a call to check for same day availability-we know you are eager to come in and find your dream dress!

  • What will I need to bring with me to my 1st appointment?
    Any undergarments you plan on wearing for your big day, any inspiration pictures you have from Instagram, Pinterest, etc.., and most importantly an open mind! Most brides end up falling in love with dresses they never would have considered!

  • What is your price range for your gowns?
    We have beautiful gowns that vary in price range to accommodate every bride’s budget. Starting at $2589 and ranging up to $8989, Most brides find they spend anywhere from $3,500 to $5,500 on their dream Winnie Couture gown!

  • How soon should I order my wedding dress?
    It’s never too soon, as we know you are excited to find THE ONE! We recommend ordering your gown 8-10 months before your special day, allowing time for any alterations you may need for the perfect fit! With that being said, if you’re having a short engagement, we can also accommodate those closer wedding dates and always deliver early 🙂

  • Do you have plus size sample gowns?
    Yes! Our beautiful salon offers a collection of gowns that begin in a bridal size 10, as well as an excellent selection of gowns in sizes that range from 18-22! Our knowledgeable bridal stylists will assist you into each gown, and use tools such as clips and modesty panels to fit each gown to you. We can order each gown in sizes up to a 26, as well as offer custom tailoring!

  • I have dresses that I want to try on, what should I do?
    On our website, we have a fun and interactive feature that works just like a virtual closet for all of the gowns in our store, so you can save all of the dresses that are catching your eye! This way we know exactly what your vision is for your dream dress, and we’ll be ready to find YOUR dress during your appointment with us!

  • How long does it take to receive my dress?
    We are just as excited as you are to receive your stunning Winnie gown, so we will keep you updated every step of the way! Most gowns take 6-8 months to arrive, and we always deliver early even during the pandemic, since we are expert dressmakers.

  • Will I need alterations?
    Each bride should expect some nips and tucks after their gown arrives to get that perfect fit that will show off all her curves, but your bridal stylist will carefully measure and guide you to the size closest to you after saying YES to your dream gown!

  • Do brides typically find their gown the first time they shop?
    Absolutely, most of our brides fall in love with a dress during their first appointment! Our stylists are dedicated and passionate about helping you find the perfect gown for your memorable day. We know shopping for your wedding dress can be overwhelming, but we assure you we will make the process stress-free and FUN!
